Hi there. I haven't posted much before because my wife and I are just beginning our Spanish dream so not qualified in most things to offer opinion/advice except to say on this occasion that we were recommended and use a lady called Shiela Garcia Parra and she works from a solicitors office G and G Consultants/solicitors at C/Nacional 332, Restaurante Asturias, 1º Planta, Orihuela Costa, 03189, Alicante. All I can say about her is she is extremely efficient, tells things as they are, and works absolutely for you. We have her as our proxy paying our builder and making decisions on our behalf and at all times she is very professional. We trust her implicitly.
She lets us know of all decisions and confers with us either by email or phone although we are still in the UK and she is making the issue of dealing with Spain comforting. We certainly know we will have no issues by using her expertise. All documents come in both Spanish and English and of course she speaks excellent English as well as her native Spanish. I have no hesitation in recommending her
