Homes from Hell

I have seen it posted on another one of the forums about properties in this area being pulled down, well the situation seems to be the same as ever with some people living on a knife edge as to if they will have a home by the end of the year. But there are some great cheap properties to be had in the area as long as you spend a bit of money have it checked out then you can get a bargain. There are a few fantastic deals a 3 bed 2 bath with pool for less that 150,000 but its best to come and have a look first and as someone else has said rent for a few months before you buy
